In her current role, Tracey is responsible for all aspects of the billing cycle and works as a liaison between patients, therapists, and payers.  She manages insurance authorizations, pre-approvals, and claims submissions.

She has a broad range of experience in office administration and management as well as a proven record of far exceeding individual and team performance objectives.
